Growing up in a family-owned business, she learned firsthand the challenges of wearing multiple hats and managing the demands of a growing company. Her career spans industries including retail, new home sales, insurance, and healthcare, where she spent nearly a decade leading patient relations and later serving as COO of a multi-state refractive surgery organization.
Today, Dallas helps medical practices and small businesses strengthen their sales strategies, improve customer experiences, develop teams, and streamline operations so business owners can focus on growth without having to do it all themselves.
