As the former owner of a Sandler Training franchise\, she worked with a wide range of clients across various industries and has a track record of success in improving sales performance. Kim is also involved in various organizations and has served on multiple boards. \nAs the current Director of the OSU Center for Sales and Service Excellence at Oklahoma State University\, Kim is focused on building a world-class center that provides students with professional sales\, leadership\, and business development skills. Since starting in January 2020\, she has been responsible for all recruitment\, training\, fundraising\, and development activities. \nAbout OSU Center for Sales and Service Excellence\nThe OSU Center for Sales and Service Excellence is committed to developing students by teaching valuable sales\, leadership\, and customer retention skills that will help them succeed in their professional careers.
