He will share his story of starting a non-profit focused on First Responders after 20+ years in law enforcement. \nAbout Jeff Morefield\nJeff Morefield is the executive director of On Call Project\, renowned for his visionary leadership and unwavering commitment to humanitarian causes. With a rich career that spans decades\, Jeff has honed his skills in strategic planning\, team leadership\, and organizational development. \nHe attended the University of Central Oklahoma\, spent a couple of years as a police officer in Yukon\, Oklahoma\, then had a career spanning more than two decades in the Edmond Police Department. \nJeff’s expertise and passion for making a difference have been pivotal in guiding On Call Project towards achieving its mission. Under his guidance\, the organization continues to thrive\, embodying the principles of compassion\, innovation\, and effectiveness in its operations. \nAbout On Call Project\nThe On Call Project (OCP) provides resources for the professional development and personal growth of First Responders in search of opportunities to translate their skill set into the private sector. \nThrough a curated network of business professionals\, OCP aims to develop tailored programs to equip those who have served their community with the tools\, knowledge\, and resources to thrive in their elongated careers now in the private sector.
